Eurolight Scanning FX-822 | DMX Console for Euroscans
DMX console, specially designed for 3 different Euroscan models, the MK5, MK6 and Zoom FX. (it's firmware in the ROM memory must be changed, if you wish to upgrade, for example from MK5, to MK6 model). It has a unique layout and trackball control of the fixtures effects. For example, when you're choosing the fixture, the shutter is turned on instantly, for adding a rotate gobo, you press the gobo button, you choose the gobo by pushing the trackball up, while you can add rotation to the gobo by pushing it on the right side. Yesterday I spent some hours to clean the board and the chassis. I decided not to repaint it and keep its original design. The trackball optical sensors had a lot of dirt, but after the maintenance, the console is functioning properly. Now, I have to find someone who can tell me how to program it! I was trying yesterday to figure out how, but I had no success.The console was built in 1997.
